I am a retired US Navy Officer and graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in Political Science and International Finance. I am certified by the IRS as a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) and the California Franchise Tax Board to teach and provide tax preparation services for personal and business taxes.

My ownership and successful operation of several small businesses has provided a deep understanding of the taxation, Bookkeeping and payroll challenges they face.

I have been providing tax preparation and counseling services since 1984.
